Thrilling Thursday!

Thanks for an amazing Halloween Party! Thank you to all of the parents who helped us make this a fabulous celebration. Our day was awesome!

We will begin swimming again on Thursday, November 8! We will swim every Thursday and Friday through December 7th.

If any parents are free to help out with swim moms/swim dads during our swim session, please let myself, Laura Fishman or Janine Deighan know. Their PE times are from 12:15-1:00 on Thursdays and 9:25-10:10 on Fridays.

Please have your kids bring a suit, a towel, flip-flops for wearing in the locker room and on deck, and a water-proof bag in which to carry wet things home. You may bring goggles, and/or earplugs though these are optional. You may also bring soap and/or shampoo; however, showering/changing time is only ten minutes.

With a permanent marker, label EVERYTHING!

After each day of scheduled swim class, it is required that students take all wet things home. Items cannot be stored in the locker rooms between swim days and they will not dry in school lockers!

Please refer to updated Swim Guidelines attached and go over them with your child so we can help to ensure everyone’s safety.

CHOICE HOUR CONTEST: We won the choice hour contest! Students are bringing home a permission slip today. Our class gets to watch Harry Potter and Sorcerer’s Stone on Wednesday, November 7th. Please sign to indicate that you give your child permission to watch this movie. Thank you!

The sign-up form for parent conferences is posted outside of our classroom door. Conferences are November Thursday, November 15 and Monday, November 19.
