BCS Character Ed Word of the Week: Integrity
Think about how important it is to behave with integrity. Do you do the right thing when no one is looking? Do you listen to your inner voice guiding you to make the right choices? What does behaving with integrity look like? Let’s see how we can act with integrity in class!
We are on the best learning adventure in rooms 204 and 206. In writer’s workshop students are learning to take the everyday events of their lives and make them into focused, well-structured stories. We are focusing on small moment writing. Students are learning to stretch important moments and actions across several pages. We are learning to "zoom-in" on one small part of a story and stretch it across the page. During reader’s workshop our focus is on identifying genres continues as we recounting stories from different cultures. Our investigation of geography in social studies is exciting. We have the most amazing learners who are working hard to demonstrate respect to each other, our education and our BCS environment. Way to go TEAMFRITZIN!
