This morning our class was treated to a special presentation about hunger (locally and globally) and what they can do to help eliminate this problem. It was very informative!
Everyone is welcome to join our holiday party on Friday from 2:25-3:00. Feel free to bring any siblings along for the celebration as well. The more, the merrier!
Also, I just want to let you know that I will not be here on Thursday or Friday this week. My family likes to take a long trip over the December break to visit family in Florida. I am so sorry to miss those days, but we will have Mrs. Reid here, and she will carry out the plans as usual. Mrs. Reid has been a guest teacher in our classroom, and she knows how things run. She will keep the learning going. I will return on Monday, January 3rd for a great new year with you!
*Please encourage your child to bring a water bottle to class so he/she does not have to leave class when thirsty!
We GYM on Tuesday and Thursday! Bring all necessary items for these days!
Here's what we have for you today:
Special Note: Please bring in clean (labels removed) clear 2 ltr bottles with caps on. We will need 27 for our next science unit. Please keep collecting!
