If you have not yet signed up for a conference, please do so as soon as possible! Remember, this is a conference where you will bring your child with you!

Summer Projects and packets are due on September 29th. If your child’s project is large, please keep it at home until that date! Unfortunately our classroom is small and we don’t have a lot of room to store the projects. Thank you!

Language Arts: Today we spent more time working on our writing assignment “The Me You See.” Tomorrow will be our last day to work on this assignment in class. It will then go home for homework and will be due next Friday the 26th!

Science: OPTIONAL Extensions are due on 9-30 if you choose to do these!
Today we completed our fifth sound experiment. Your kids have been working with different lengths of rulers to investigate the vibrations they make when we flick them. They are learning to distinguish their sound observations from their sight observations. I am very proud of how well they are working in their science groups. We also had a chance to watch a short sound movie!
