This morning we enjoyed learning more about Matt’s adventures in Sign of the Beaver. This afternoon we published our “Thanksgiving Guest Peer Writing” on the wiki. We also read other paragraphs and commented on them. Finally, we learned more about map skills related to our community in social studies. It was a terrific Tuesday in room 204!
We are all set with field trip volunteers for the Rouge Plant Tour on Friday, December 9. Chaperones will meet in the media center at 8:50 for an overview of the trip with Mrs. Reepmeyer. You will then meet us in the room, and we will load the bus for departure at 9:00am. Chaperons will ride the school bus with the class and bring a bag lunch for the day. We will return around 1:30. 3rd Grade End of Year Fact Expectations:
Students should have quick mental recall of the following number of facts by the end of the year: 30 addition/30 subtraction facts in 2 mins and 50 division/50 multiplication facts in 3 mins
4th Grade Math:
Review due Thursday. Our Unit 4 test will be Friday. There will be a multiplication fact tests as well as a division fact test along with the unit test. We have 15 minutes of IXL time as well as four online tests due Friday. The codes are QMAH0854, BDHU7727, LQWW1667, and OZLO5741. We will have a lot of time in math tomorrow to work on these assignments!
