Tomorrow is a late start day. Students arrive at 9:50 tomorrow morning for school.
Friday is our Ford Rouge Factory Tour. Student s will need to bring a bag lunch, drink and snack for this trip. This morning we created a classroom map and including a map title, legend, scale, compass rose and labels. I am very impressed with such detailed classroom maps. Today when reading Sign of the Beaver we learned that wiithout the rifle, Matt has to procure food by fishing. Another complication arises one morning when he becomes careless and forgets to secure the cabin door. When he comes back from his fishing trip, he finds that a bear has invaded the cabin and raided his provisions. What will Matt have to do to make up for his mistakes?

Field Trip Friday: Chaperones will meet in the media center at 8:50 for an overview of the trip with Mrs. Reepmeyer. You will then meet us in the room, and we will load the bus for departure at 9:00am. Chaperons will ride the school bus with the class and bring a bag lunch for the day. We will return around 1:30. Our chaperone families for the day are:
Alexander
