Chaperones Needed: We are looking for 3 chaperones for our field trip to the Detroit Historical Museum on the 13th (next Friday). We will leave around 9 and return by 2. If you can join us, please me! Thanks so much! I currently have the families of Alexander, Stebbins, Hurley, Juriga and Richardson joining us on the trip.

This morning we enjoyed finding sensory details in the story “Owl Moon” by Jane Nolen. We are learning to add sensory details to our writing and found so many good ideas from this beautifully written book. In the afternoon, we spent time reviewing for our quiz on Monday in Social Studies. WE also enjoyed reading “Sign of the Beaver”. Our class received the choice hour selection forms. These are due back by Friday for our class. We are trying to win a contest with Mrs. Frishman's class!
