Today I received a lovely assortment of sweet treats from the BCS community. Thank you! Since I have the sweetest class at BCS, they all deserved a few samples. It was a very sweet day in room 204! In the afternoon we were treated to a pop ensemble by SEA from Seaholm. It was an amazing performance, and we were very impressed with the talents of SEA. Today, we also had time for Michigan Economics, Realistic Fiction Book clubs, Spanish and Engage.
Read to the Seniors Party on Friday, May 18. This is a wonderful trip. Drivers will arrive at BCS at 9:40 and return to school by 11:05. We have the following parent chaperones/drivers for the party:

We are entering the Least-Amount-of-Overdues Contest! We have a few more books to locate in order to win this contest! Keep looking around for these lost books. The contest is earlier this year due to the media center floor renovations.

3rd Grade End of Year Fact Expectations:
Students should have quick mental recall of the following number of facts by the end of the year: 30 addition/30 subtraction facts in 2 mins and 50 division/50 multiplication facts in 3 mins
4th Grade Math:
Tonight’s homework is JP 283-284 SL 10.6 and this is due tomorrow. We have a review due Thursday and our Unit 10 test is Friday. We have online tests due Monday. The codes are MYLJ8870, BERK0145, and ISFU4399. If you do not score 70 on one of them, please email me to reset the test so you can try again!!! We are going to score 70 on all of our online tests!!!
