We had time to explore even more in our new social studies books! It was a busy and productive day for us in Room 204. We had fun singing the continent song. About two weeks ago, you received your child’s graded “All About Me Memoir.” It asked you to sign it and send it back in with your child. We need it for a special tech project we are starting tomorrow or Wednesday, so please send it back!!! We are very excited about it!
*Please encourage your child to bring a water bottle to class so he/she does not have to leave class when thirsty!
IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOUR CHILD TO BRING SHARPENED PENCILS TO SCHOOL EACH DAY! PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CHILD WITH A PERSONAL PENCIL SHARPENER TO KEEP IN HIS/HER BINDER!!!
Halloween at BCS is Friday October 30th. Students should come to school in their normal school clothes. At 1:15 the students will change into their costumes. (No full face masks in the class room, weapons, fake blood or inappropriate costumes). The BCS parade will start at 1:45 and take you two laps around the building. Then, we will come back to our homeroom for our Halloween party from 2:15- 3:00. At 3:00 we will begin cleaning up and have bucket distribution time.

Field Trip Permission: A permission slip went for our first field trip! We are going to the Ford Rouge Factory Tour!!! Please have your child return the permission slip and money by Friday, October 30th.
