This morning we took our spelling test. We will resume spelling when we return after the break. In the afternoon, we went to the science lab and observed the changes occurring in our eco-column. We posted our observations and video on our wiki for you to see. We also worked hard in our book clubs at the end of the day. Get ready for another fantastic day.

3rd Grade End of Year Fact Expectations:
Students should have quick mental recall of the following number of facts by the end of the year: 30 addition/30 subtraction facts in 2 mins and 50 division/50 multiplication facts in 3 mins
4th Grade Math:
We will turn in our Unit 6 reviews tomorrow and take our unit test as well. We will have our regular multiplication and division timed tests (facts 1-10). To help us practice, we have online tests due tomorrow and the codes are MFPJ4010 and NPSF5968. Tomorrow night’s homework will be to study facts any way you want. On Friday we will be taking our district mid-year fact tests. There will be addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division tests using facts 1-10. There will also be a multiplication fact test with 11’s and 12’s. We do not expect that the kids have mastered them at this time, only that they are working on them!
